To launch his enticing creation, DiMartino assembled a stellar management team consisting of Shannon Reilly — a free spirit and conspiracy theorist, and John Reynaud — a great guy and aspiring golf pro.

We had one in Roswell for a little while. Went twice. Felt more like a strip club that a restaurant when they first opened. All the waitresses were very attractive, I was told that most of them came from Hooters in Kennesaw to make more money. They sat down at our table and chatted us up.
It was very uncomfortable and awkward. And the food was mediocre, at best. Went to the Alpharetta location for lunch once. It was definitely awkward and as a woman, I have no issues w Hooters. Food and service were mediocre at best. Not surprised they closed. The rumor reference is true. The Tilted Kilt restaurant in Killeen is planning to open again for the first time in over a year this summer. He said the reason for the closure in the first place was mostly due to their concern for the health and safety of customers and employees.
Second, the inability for the restaurant to have customers sitting at the bar and accommodating large events that keep the business going, and finally, the cost of opening and closing the restaurant is too expensive, he said.

Hammoud also said that about one third of the Tilted Kilt restaurants nationwide have reopened and at least three of the five restaurants in Texas are still closed.
